Our prime focus is on providing education, job opportunities, and networking to our members, whilst advocating for the HR profession and practice to be respected, valued, and recognized as a strategic value addition to businesses in Ghana.

To build a network of HR professionals that will shape the future of Best HR Practices in Ghana whilst setting the global standard for HR expertise and excellence through our commitment to the development and advancement of businesspeople in the people business.

Objectives
- To promote and advance the HR profession and best HR practices in Ghana.
- To advocate for the HR profession and practice to be respected, valued, and supported in Ghana.
- To keep members informed, interconnected, and employed by offering “member directories, publications, conferences, seminars, workshops, discussion groups, awards, local chapters, vendor relations, advocacy, and job boards.
- To ensure that our members have the most up-to-date tools and the advanced skills to lead our workplace into the future.
- To regulate HR professionals in the public interest.
- To hold our members to the highest standards of HR practice, so our workplaces can trust us to help unlock business growth and optimize employee potential.
- To play our roles policy makers in liaison with government and other relevant stakeholders in matters relating to labour issues in Ghana.
