Job Summary

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resource functions within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. They will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing and engaged workforce while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will ensure compliance with labor laws, implement effective HR policies, and support the organization in achieving its objectives.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.

2. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, providing support and resolution.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and team-building activities.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution in compliance with company policies.

3. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide guidance for improvement.

4. HR Policies and Compliance

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and workplace standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation.

5. Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and employee incentives.
  • Evaluate and recommend competitive compensation structures to attract and retain talent.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Maintain HR data and generate reports on employee performance, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  • Use analytics to recommend strategies for improvement and decision-making.

7. Organizational Development

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and innovation.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation.
  • Align HR strategies with organizational goals to drive business success.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is preferred.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in recruitment, policy development, and employee engagement.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
