I was very nervous when I first had my HR appointment because had no experience as to how to go about my practice but HR Network Africa got my back anytime I had a challenge.the platform was a lifeline to me anytime I had issue and I can confidently say that with HR Network platform my HR horizon and knowledge have been broadening and now I can also rock shoulders with the gurus. special thank you to Cynthia Mawulawoe and Amanda Darko for the encouragement they gave me.

The HR Network was my first HR Platform. I was able to connect to other practitioners ans share ideas. That was where I got pointers for most of my HR actions and initiatives. I was also able to learn from seasoned members, I pushed jobs identified to my mentees and friends some of which they had them It also afforded me the opportunity to learn new and trending HR practices firsthand. The platform also gave me the chance at the maiden conference to share my expertise and sell myself. All in all it's been a great initiative that should be sustained. Most HR actions and decisions cannot be found in books and classrooms that's where the network comes in to assist.

Undisputedly, the HR Network has provided me with great opportunities in all facets of Human Resource Management through the acquisition of in-depth knowledge on pertinent related topics, the provision of job acquisition for a sister through recommendation, and the connectivity of professionals among others.
